What our people say about the programme
"I’d tried a number of different jobs – I trained in hotel management, and tried property management and IT services. When I heard about the apprenticeship, I thought it would be a good opportunity to break into the aviation industry. And the fact that there were several options to move around and try new things once you're in the business appealed to me."
"At the moment I work in the warehouse, which involves building and breaking freight, taking freight in, sending it out and using a forklift to move it. At the same time, I also have the chance to get involved in various volunteering events and apprentice projects."
"It’s very busy, so the shifts go extremely quickly. It’s actually quite tiring too, so I look forward to the rest days. But it’s the people I work with who make it so special. There’s a good sense of support and they’re a good laugh, too."
