Customer Service Advisor
£15,500 basic + shift payments + performance bonus
Become a Customer Service Advisor for British Airways at their contact centre in Newcastle, and you'll help holiday makers and business travellers get to where they need to go.
One moment you might be changing someone's booking, the next you could be answering a question about departure times. Whatever the query - as a Customer Service Advisor you'll provide the solution that will get our customers to their destination.
