An exciting opportunity within the British Airways Relationship Marketing Department to join the Global Customer Strategy and Communications Team.
You will define and deliver best in class direct customer communications - in line with our personalisation strategy- creating differentiated, personalised and joined up interactions.
Your solid CRM and communications experience will help us actively manage our valuable customer base, driving growth and retention, as well as supporting key business initiatives and delivering customer and commercial outcomes.
You will be comfortable with using data and insight to inform and optimise your activities, and working collaboratively with stakeholders across complex organisations.
