Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative
Full Time Permanent
Salary: £19,141 plus Shift Pay (on average approx. £2700 dependant on shifts worked)
You need to be a certain kind of person to work as a Customer Service Representative for British Airways. Organised, flexible, solutions focused, empathetic, proactive and calm under pressure, you need to enjoy interacting with all kinds of people – and giving our customers the best possible beginning and end to their journey.
Deliver world class customer service in an ever-changing and fast-paced operational environment. Hosting and welcoming customers throughout the ground customer journey, you’ll provide full service check-in and help them with self-service systems and luggage drop, resolving any problems efficiently. You’ll also supervise embarking and disembarking procedures, overseeing security processes (visas, passports, ESTA etc.)
Resilient in the face of difficulty, able to adapt to changing circumstances and customise your interaction to the individual. Working to tight timescales and technologically-savvy, you’ll use your initiative to get things right for our customers and anticipate potential challenges.
A strong customer focus and a positive, team-orientated attitude. Fluent in both Spanish and English. Have a good standard of numeracy and strong verbal/written communication skills.
