Such is the size of the challenge that we need three people. One permanent and two on a 12 month contract basis with the prospect of an extension or a permanent role thereafter. Join us, and you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering company-wide and directorate communication plans that support the delivery of a global business plan and strategy. We’ll also rely on you to advise on both internal and external communication best practice. And, when it comes to helping managers across the business with communication approaches and creative campaigns that lead to the successful delivery of their business projects and change programmes, it's you we’ll be counting on.
Experience in a similar role in a large company or agency is very much a given, as is a proven ability to manage change communication, as well as creative and engaging campaigns. As comfortable advising directors on communication to support local business priorities as you are adopting industry best practice, your comms strategy, planning, delivery and research skills are second to none. What's more, you have a firm grasp of print, online, digital and social as communications channels, excellent presentation skills and the confidence it takes to Influence and challenge at all levels.
