British Airways prides itself on the calibre of our people who work to the highest standards. To support this, we currently have a key role within the Leadership, Performance and Talent Team where you will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of company-wide talent management, succession planning, performance management and the creation of senior leadership development approaches across the business.
You will work collaboratively with team members, whilst taking the project lead on required work streams such as ‘Great performance conversations’ and proactively ensuring an exceptional talent pipeline in the business. You will also be working closely with HR and the Global Learning Academy to identify and support existing high potential across British Airways.
The successful individual will need to demonstrate excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid foundation of delivering performance management, supporting individual PDPs and talent and leadership development initiatives within a fast-paced global business.
The use of psychometrics such as Myers Briggs or Hogan’s, as well as knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word would be desirable.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who has had exposure in one or more of these areas and wants to broaden their specialist knowledge.
We have two open positions for this role: one is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave within the team and the other is a permanent position.
