The state-of-the-art British Airways Global Learning Academy (GLA) delivers comprehensive flight training for everyone from pilots to cabin crew and engineers. Your role will be to make sure all GLA systems, including our learning management platform, remain robust and functional. You’ll have responsibility for managing the GLA technologies team and maintaining full operational excellence across our learning management platforms.
This is a challenging but fantastic opportunity to collaborate with multiple areas of the business, delivering projects that require real expertise and technological know-how.
You’ll be operating at the heart of one of the pioneers of global aviation, now a leading premium carrier. An ability to think innovatively and solve problems creatively will be vital, alongside excellent people and performance management skills. You’ll be dealing with multiple key stakeholders, so strong influencing and communication skills will also be essential.
We are looking for someone who has technical experience with HR systems and can drive through the strategy development in this area. Whilst at the same time lead a team to deliver technical excellence.
