Competitive salary & excellent benefits
We have around 4,000 pilots at British Airways flying 6 different aircraft types from two bases. This graduate role places you at the very heart of that operation, implementing manpower and training plans that effectively utilise our resources to meet the commercial and legal needs of our flying programme. In other words, you’ll be making sure we have the right flight crew being trained and deployed on the right fleets, at the right time.
You can make your mark on the way we operate right from day one. You’ll learn to work with the latest data modelling and optimisation tools, using them to develop the resource and training plans that make us a more efficient business. We’ll empower you to think innovatively and create, evaluate and implement new cost-effective opportunities to improve our working practices.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with the proven ability to analyse complex data. You’ll be balancing the often conflicting demands of commercial operational performance against resource capacity, meaning strong influencing skills are essential. A flair for building professional networks in a changing environment are vital too.
