An Operations Manager at IAG Cargo is responsible for the day to day management of the performance in airside Logistics, delivering the highest levels of productivity and customer service.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the coaching and performance management of their Team Leaders so experience of leading a team in an operational environment would be beneficial. Building relationships and managing key stakeholders with airlines, third party suppliers and customers are crucial, so we are looking for an individual who is confident and comfortable at communicating at all levels of the organisation and can subsequently manage a team of people to deliver our Service Level Agreements for our customers in order to support the future growth of the business.
This role is full time and shift based. Due to the nature of our business we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
