Purpose of the Role

A commercial role with responsibility for development and lead of key relationships with partner airlines.  To create an effective and profitable network capability for the group and build relationships with key stakeholders within IAG Cargo and with the key partner airlines.  To champion the partner airline customer proposition within IAG Cargo.  To be the first point of contact for partner airlines and work to maintain and improve processes and performance.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support of the delivery of the IAG Cargo network strategy in relation to airline partnerships and alliances.
  • Relationship building with key interfaces within the interline and alliance teams of key partner airlines.

  • Stakeholder management of commercial teams within IAG Cargo to drive utilization of the programme and ensure high levels of understanding.

  • Support on targeted projects, such as airline JBAs and commercial contracts for IAG Cargo and in support of overall IAG objectives.

  • Support for the delivery of effective third party airline capacity to IAG Cargo.

  • Provision of analysis to enable the management of interline processes, relationships and financial performance.

  • Analysis and assessment of new commercial network opportunities to progress to implementation where recommended.
