An exciting opportunity to join a small team responsible for supporting, developing and delivering Omni Channel Personalisation in BA, including BA.Com, Contact Centres, Mobile, Email, SMS and frontline colleagues through tablet based Apps and on connected aircraft. The successful candidate will be able to design and build creative solutions to complex business problems, harnessing the capability of leading edge decisioning technology, Pega Marketing 7, to deliver tangible business benefit. Personalisation is at the heart of BA’s communication strategy, and in the role you would be centre to delivering this vision. In the role you will be exposed to a broad range of company initiatives, ensuring that they are communicated to the market timely and effectively. You will be a collaborator who enjoys working to tight deadlines in a busy and demanding area of the organisation.
