Wellbeing and Engagement Manager

A wonderful opportunity to join our flag carrier airline in one of the world’s most exciting industries has arisen.  Leading a small team of experts, you’ll provide strategic direction and practical advice on areas of wellbeing, diversity and inclusion. Fundamental to British Airways’ five year business plan, this role works alongside peers in Organisation Effectiveness covering engagement, recognition and organisation development.

To be successful in this role you’ll need significant enthusiasm, expertise and experience in wellbeing and inclusion, and use this to increase employee engagement and help drive an inclusive culture at BA.  A sense of humour, creativity and tenacity are pre-requisites for the job, along with skills in senior stakeholder management and a real passion for the subject matter.

British Airways is at a real turning point having recently announced a £4.5bn investment over the next 5 years, there really isn’t a better time to be joining the airline.
